The COOX MES platform is a technical platform without equal: it integrates powerful Internet technologies: web server, distributed services architecture, access via a simple browser, Java and JavaScript support, email sending, etc.
It also provides essential system functions for industrial applications:
OPC, Applicom, Modbus, and TCP/Modbus communication, enabling communication with all types of controllers.
It offers multi-database access (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and an optimized data logging service (historian).
It has a predefined, open architecture of objects and models that comply with the ISA-95 standard, as well as business services capable of providing all supervision and MES functions. Thanks to this platform, your application can be easily upgraded by adding MES modules from the range.

Compliance with ISA-95, ISA-88, and 21CFR11 standards
This unique SCADA & MES platform supports the ISA-95 standard, which ensures easy integration with ERP systems, and the ISA-88 standard, which enables standardization and reuse in equipment management, manufacturing ranges, and automation programs.
The COOX platform is also equipped with native mechanisms that ensure historical data integrity control and origin identification for critical data (FDA 21CFR11 compliance).

Data acquisition and historization
Among the eleven MES features defined in the ISA95 standard are data acquisition and historization. These are delivered natively in the COOX platform. All data from real-time sources or even manual data sources are centralized and systematically recorded in the platform with optimal resolution.
Integrated application development environment
It features a unique environment for configuring and customizing applications (builder). The builder allows you to define the configuration and settings for all MESbox modules used in an application. It also includes a script editor and can be linked to the Eclipse open source Java development environment. The builder allows you to create application views and implement business components without limitation.
